SVP Furniture Project

At the Deanery synod meeting on Wednesday there was a talk from Jenny Clayton on the work of the St Vincent de Paul charity. The account she gave was quite harrowing, how so many people in our area are so desperate and that when they are given emergency accommodation they are given flats or houses which are completely empty. The SVP needs donations of furniture, electrical goods and all sorts of pots, pans, crockery, linen, etc..
